Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Delivery times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada & USA: 7 to 15 business days
- International: 10 to 20 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs and import fees For international orders, customs fees and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
